Boralex Inc. appointed Patrick Decostre to the newly created position of vice president and COO, effective in July.

Decostre, currently vice president and general manager of Boralex Europe, has been with the company for 17 years. He will be succeeded by Nicolas Wolff, who will start on April 29 in Lyon to ensure a smooth transition, Boralex said in a March 15 news release.

Wolff joined Vestas Wind Systems A/S in 2007 and has been serving as vice president and general manager of Vestas Western Mediterranean since 2016 in charge of France, Spain, Portugal, the Maghreb and West Africa.

Montréal-headquartered Boralex develops, builds and operates renewable energy power facilities in Canada, France, the U.K. and the U.S.
