Arlington Asset Investment Corp. plans to sell up to 12,597,423 of its common shares, pursuant to equity distribution agreements with its sales agents.

The sales agents are JMP Securities LLC, B. Riley FBR Inc., JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc.

The company sold 5,402,577 common shares through its original equity distribution agreements and the prospectus filed Feb. 22, 2017.
