Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Co. Ltd. plans to issue 6 billion Thai baht worth of senior unsecured debentures, Fitch Ratings said Feb. 20.

The debentures will have a tenor of up to 270 days. The company will use proceeds from the issue to support liquidity requirements.

Yuanta Securities (Thailand) is a unit of Yuanta Financial Holdings Co. Ltd.

As of Feb. 20, US$1 was equivalent to 31.51 Thai baht.
