Nasdaq prices senior notes offering

Nasdaq Inc. priced a public offering of €600 million of 1.75% senior notes due 2029.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to refinance debt and for other general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International, Mizuho International plc and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, while HSBC Bank plc, ICBC Standard Bank Plc, Nordea Bank Abp, Toronto-Dominion Bank and Wells Fargo Securities International Ltd. are acting as co-managers.
