AT&T Inc. offers to purchase for cash 53 series of outstanding notes expired at 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 16.

Holders will receive the applicable total consideration and accrued and unpaid interest from the last interest payment date for the notes to the settlement date, which is anticipated to be Dec. 19.

The company said it expects to accept all of the notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn.
