Madison International Realty sells City of London property

Madison International Realty LLC sold the 224,000-square-foot Five Acre Square property in the City of London, U.K., for an undisclosed sum, thereby fully exiting its Houndsditch property portfolio.

The buyer was privately held global real estate investment firm Northwood Investors LLC.

Madison, which bought the asset in 2014, and partner Nuveen performed certain upgrades at the property.

The purchase price is approximately £170 million, Property Week reported.

CBRE advised Madison, while Northwood Investors was advised by JLL.
