Ministry Partners Investment Co. LLC said it is unable to file its second-quarter Form 10-Q in a timely manner.

The company on June 30 appointed William Crammer III as its interim principal accounting officer, following the departure of Daniel Flude, the company's previous vice president of finance.

The company expects to file its quarterly report within the five-day grace period.
