Stuart Huizinga has resigned as CFO and senior vicepresident of eHealthInc. and will leave the company Sept. 30 following a transitionperiod.
The company hired David Francis to replace Huizinga, eHealthdisclosed in a regulatory filing. Francis previously worked as managingdirector of equity research at RBC Capital Markets LLC.
Huizinga will continue to work for eHealth until Sept. 30 asprincipal financial officer and principal accounting officer to help finalizeits second-quarter financial report.
