Oakley Capital Investments Ltd.'s fund Oakley Capital Private Equity III together with coinvestors agreed to sell their stakes in WebPros Group to CVC Fund VII.

Oakley Capital IV will invest $200 million, with CVC Fund VII as a minority partner, in a move to benefit from long-term growth opportunities and product developments. Oakley Capital Investments' share of Oakley Capital IV's investment is expected to be about £43 million.

Oakley Capital Investments' share of the proceeds from the transaction will be about £110 million, which represents a boost of 26 pence per share to the company's net asset value at June 30.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
