Gulf Capital agrees to purchase 3 UAE, Muscat clinics for $100M

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates-based Gulf Capital Pvt. JSC agreed to acquire three fertility clinics in the Middle East from IVIRMA Global for about $100 million, Bloomberg News reported, citing the fertility company's statement.

The acquisition will include about 100 of IVIRMA's employees at the Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat facilities, the publication said.

A spokesperson for the private equity firm said an announcement will be made next week, Bloomberg said.

IVIRMA, operational in the UAE since 2015, sold the clinics as part of its strategic development plans and to achieve full growth potential, the publication said, citing the company.
