Blackstone, Va.-based Citizens Bancorp of Virginia Inc. declared a quarterlydividend of 20 cents per share, according to a March 28 news release.

The dividend is payable April 15 to shareholders of record asof April 4. It represents an increase of 1 cent per share from the previousquarterly dividend of 19 cents per share.
