SCANA subsidiary sells $150M of senior notes

Public Service Co. of North Carolina Inc. sold $150 million of its senior unsecured medium-term notes in a private placement, according to a July 6 registration statement.

The SCANA Corp. subsidiary plans to use net proceeds for payments to any of the persons required to be named as executive officers, directors or promoters.

Mizuho Securities USA LLC served as placement agent for the transaction.
