InterRent REIT raises C$115M from bought-deal offering

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust raised gross proceeds of about C$115.0 million from a bought-deal offering of trust units priced at C$10.65 apiece.

The Canadian multifamily REIT sold 10,798,500 units, including the 1,408,500 units sold through the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option.

The underwriters for the offering were co-led by Desjardins Capital Markets and Scotia Capital Inc., and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., National Bank Financial Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., Raymond James Ltd., GMP Securities LP and Industrial Alliance Securities Inc.
