The iBoxx EUR Liquid Corporates Diversified is designed to measure the performance of EUR-denominated corporate bonds from issuers headquartered in Eurozone countries, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland or the U.K. The index includes bonds with remaining time to maturity between 1.5 and 10 years, with financial bonds rated A- or higher requiring EUR 1 billion minimum outstanding and non-financial bonds rated BBB- or higher requiring EUR 500 million minimum outstanding. The index includes a maximum of 75 bonds, with issuer weight capped at 4%, a maximum of two bonds per issuer and requires minimum outstanding debt of EUR 5.0 billion for non-financial issuers. Only bonds with a maximum age of three years from first settlement date are eligible.
