Thank you for accessing S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC's Data Protection Appendix (“DPA”) which is incorporated into and forms part of the agreement under which S&P Opco, LLC (a subsidiary of S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC) or one or more of its affiliates (“S&P”) provides index data subscription services to their respective clients (each a “Contract”).
If the commencement date of your Contract is on or after the 27 September 2021 (“DPA Review Date”), or if it is sixty (60) days or more since the date of notice by S&P that an updated DPA shall apply to your Contract, please click here for the DPA which governs your Contract.
If the commencement date of your Contract is prior to the DPA Review Date, or if such sixty (60) day notice period has not yet passed, please click here for the DPA which will govern your Contract until the date described in such Contract or as notified by S&P.
