Donald Lin, CFA, Director, is Head of Americas Insurance Solutions within the Financial Markets Advisory Group. The Financial Markets Advisory Group is a global team that provides a wide range of advisory, capital markets, mandate design, portfolio construction, portfolio management skills, and analytical capabilities to its clients. The Insurance Solutions team has specialist expertise and experience in designing portfolio solutions for insurance clients.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Lin was a member of BlackRock's Financial Institutions Group where he was responsible for analyzing trends in the insurance market globally and providing strategic investment advice tailored for insurance clients. Prior to re-joining BlackRock in 2016, Mr. Lin was a Vice President at Hartford Investment Management Company (HIMCO). At HIMCO, he was a member of The Hartford's General Account portfolio management team and helped formulate multi-sector portfolio strategy and oversee investments in Structured Credit.
