Confirmation of Vintage Year Definition

Before completing your purchase, please confirm you have selected the correct vintage year definition:

• “LID” reports follow the Legal Inception Date definition and assign vintage as noted in the fund’s financial statements. Historically, all CA benchmark reports followed the LID definition through 2021 Q4 performance reporting.
• “FCF” reports follow the First Cash Flow definition and assign vintage by the date of the fund’s first drawdown or capital call from investors. As of 2022 Q1 performance reporting, CA’s official definition of fund vintage year is FCF.
