S&P Global business continuity plans
S&P Global has initiated international resilience and response protocols aimed at protecting the health and safety of our staff and customers, as well as ensuring we continue to deliver our products and services.
We have comprehensive business continuity plans in place, including a specific response for infectious disease outbreaks. We have conducted business impact reviews and testing to assess potential impacts on customers and stakeholders, systems, production environments, processes, premises and teams, focusing on ensuring that our IT infrastructure can support employees who may need to work remotely for prolonged periods of time.
Our global Crisis Management Team (CMT) and local Incident Response Teams meet regularly to monitor the situation and latest developments across all geographies and businesses and will adjust our approach as circumstances change.
