Women in Leadership Series
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a key agenda, and very much part of our leadership fabric at S&P Global where we have many initiatives to build a diversified workforce and strong culture towards making the world a better place. As part of the S&P Global Academy - Connect & Learn, the "Women in Leadership Series" is one of our key programs where we host women of corporate and business repute, hearing their their thoughts of leadership and experience as women leaders.
In this session, we have Ms. Siew Choo Soh to have a panel discussion with Ms. Hannah Goh, Executive Director, Account Management, S&P Global.
Ms. Soh will be sharing her experience and the key milestones of her career. She will also discuss with Hannah on the industry and DBS's approach to Diversity & Inclusion, and the future of banking and technology.
Ms. Soh is the Head of Technology for Consumer Banking & Big Data/AI at DBS Bank. She is responsible for driving the digital transformation and AI-driven agenda adopting truly Agile ways of working and cloud native architecture at DBS. She has over two decades of experience in senior technology leadership roles working for JPMorgan across Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong prior to joining DBS in late 2014.
She is also an avid advocate of Women in Technology, driving many innovative initiatives in the areas of mentorship, allyship, recruitment and retention amongst others. She was named as an honoree in the Women Leaders in AI award by IBM in 2019 and 2021.
She was also recognised as an awardee in the inaugural Singapore 100 Women in Tech in 2020, organised by IMDA/Singapore Computer Society of Singapore.
