Our environmental indicators reflect our view that environmental factors present the most significant ESG risk to the network sector because of energy transition and weather-related credit risks. Despite this, environmental risks are generally neutral for credit quality with about 79% of the sector scoring an E-2, consistent with our views that we assess the sector based on its infrastructure rather than emissions.
