On December 2, Platts introduced two new daily Global Suezmax time charter equivalent (TCE) indexes: GSI 10, which is based on vessels using 0.5% sulfur bunker fuel, and GSI 10S, which focuses on scrubber-fitted vessels using 3.5% bunker fuel. Additionally, two series of 10 calculated TCE Suezmax assessments have been launched to support these indexes, addressing both non-scrubber and scrubber-fitted eco-vessels.
