    S&P DJI makes responses to consultations freely available upon request with redacted individual and company names unless requested to be confidential. Do you wish for your response to remain confidential?*


      • Do you agree with the proposal to modify the index universe of the S&P Peru Total Index to include S&P Global BMI stocks not listed on the BVL that derive a significant percentage of total assets from Peru and are listed in developed markets?
      • Do you agree with the proposal to remove the liquidity count rule for the S&P Peru Total Index?
      • If the proposed changes are adopted, do you agree that all stocks in the S&P Peru Total Index be eligible for inclusion into the S&P Peru Select 20% Capped Index? If not, please provide an explanation in question 6.
      • If the proposed changes are adopted, do you agree that only BVL-listed stocks in the S&P Peru Total Index be eligible for inclusion into the S&P Peru Select Capped Index? If not, please provide an explanation in question 6.
      • If the proposed changes are adopted, do you agree with the proposed implementation date?
