The Crisis Management team within a major tech company were
tasked to prepare the
corporation for a military conflict in the APAC region that could
severely disrupt their production
sites, supply chains, and main markets. The solution had to provide
actionable insight to five
stakeholders: Government Affairs, Corporate Finance (Treasury),
Supply Chain, and Corporate
Security. Through a collaborative workshop, S&P Global
Market Intelligence worked with the client to identify
