Description
Invests in equity securities of U.S. General Partners ("GPs") of publicly traded Master Limited Partnerships ("MLPs"), U.S companies focused on energy infrastructure that elect corporate tax status, Canadian energy infrastructure companies and MLPs that do not have an Incentive Distribution Rights (IDR) burden. All must derive a majority of cash flow from midstream activities.
