Recognizing Employees of All Abilities, Celebrate and Harness: REACH
REACH (Recognizing Employees of All Abilities, Celebrate and Harness) was formed in 2011 to underscore our company’s commitment to a workplace for employees of all abilities and to provide support to parents of children or family members with disabilities. REACH strongly believes in delivering programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact to employees impacted by disabilities and their supporters.
By implementing workshops and guest speakers focused on topics relevant to those with disabilities, or parents or caretakers of those with disabilities, REACH plays a central role in facilitating progress through sharing information and tools. REACH also partners with organizations such as YAI and USBLN to conduct professional development sessions, share networking tips and conduct mock interviews with disabled individuals to equip them with career-ready skills.
