Randolf Tantzscher

Randolf is responsible for product management of Asian Indices. He joined the company in 2008 to establish the research and design team within Indices and he moved to Asia in 2011 to drive the expansion of S&P Global indices in Asia, including the launch of the several new index families, the integration of the Asian bond indices from HSBC and the index partnership with ChinaBond Pricing Center on onshore Chinese bond indices. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Asian fixed income market and in designing and managing indices across different asset classes. Prior to joining S&P Global, he spent seven years at Concerto Financial Solutions and FACT Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where he was responsible for creating and launching several iBoxx indices.Randolf is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English and German and is a graduate in finance from Passau University in Germany.

Smadar Shulman

Smadar responsibilities include setting product strategy and priorities for indices products, working with customers and internal stakeholders on delivering new product initiatives and managing existing products. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of indices, starting her career at Lehman Brothers. Previously, she was a director at Barclays Index and Portfolio analytics team working in a variety of roles.Smadar holds a first class UK honours degree from London School of Economics and Political Science, and an Executive MBA with distinction from the Cass Business School, London City University, UK.

Nicholas Godec

Nicolas is an Index Product Manager covering tradable indices, including OTC and Exchange Listed Derivatives and the development of indices for Exchange Traded Funds. In addition to serving as a product expert for the various indices and their tradable equivalents, he chairs the committee for and manages the launch of new North American CDS index series, including the Markit CDX High Yield and Investment Grade, CDX Emerging Markets, CMBX and MCDX indices. Prior to joining S&P Global, he was a research analyst on the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Bond Indices team that is now a part of the Intercontinental Exchange.Nicolas is a CFA charterholder and holds a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). In 2019, he completed his MBA from Columbia Business School's Executive MBA program, graduating with Dean's Honors.
