The S&P Shift To Retirement Income and Decumulation (STRIDE) Index Series represents a life cycle, rules-based transition from growth assets to a hedged stream of inflation-adjusted retirement income. The S&P STRIDE Glide Path 2015 Index Total Return is designed to measure the performance of a strategy that allocates to a group of indices covering global equities, global fixed income, and U.S. inflation-linked Treasury securities (TIPS). The strategy rebalances back to the target weights of all asset classes and reflects the total return of the index's portfolio. No hypothetical withdrawals are made after the target date.
