The Royalton CRIX Index closely tracks the total market index (TMI) of cryptocurrencies using a minimum of 5 liquid cryptocurrencies. Out of the 1000+ coins in the cryptocurrency universe provided by Lukka Prime, the index tracks those verifiable as investable, leaving 500+ cryptocurrencies in the Total Market while excluding coins linked to non-crypto assets (e.g. stablecoins). The proprietary CRIX Technology Decision Curve (CTDC) algorithmically determines the optimal number of cryptocurrency constituents quarterly in order to closely represent the Total Market return characteristics. In between quarterly reconstitutions, the weights of the constituent cryptocurrencies are recalculated monthly based on current market capitalization. S&P Global calculates the Royalton CRIX Index value daily based on the list of weights and constituents provided by Royalton Partners.
