At closing the issuer issued unrated class Z notes and residual certificates. Together 2023-1ST2 is a static RMBS transaction, securitizing a portfolio of up to £442.8 million first-lien mortgage loans, both owner-occupied and buy-to-let (BTL), secured on properties in the U.K. originated by Together Personal Finance Ltd. and Together Commercial Finance Ltd.
