S&P Global Ratings has assigned its credit ratings to SCF Rahoituspalvelut XII DAC's asset-backed floating-rate class A, B, C-Dfrd, D-Dfrd, and E-Dfrd notes. At closing, SCF Rahoituspalvelut XII also issued unrated asset-backed class F notes. This is Santander Consumer Finance Oy's (SCF Oy) 12th publicly rated ABS transaction and the fourth we have rated, with the previous one being SCF Rahoituspalvelut XI DAC in 2022.
