S&P Global Ratings announced on Jan. 18, 2023, that it is reviewing its approach for analyzing securitizations backed by data centers, and it aims to develop and publish specific criteria for this type of securitization. The ratings S&P Global Ratings assigns to the Vantage Data Centers 2023-1 notes could change as a result of that review, depending on the final criteria adopted and our assessment of the transaction.
