Green Evaluation (Evaluación Verde): Provincia de La Rioja Bono por US$200 millones con vencimiento en 2025, Oct. 13, 2017

En febrero de 2017, la Provincia de la Rioja en Argentina emitió bonos denominados verdes por US$200 millones con vencimiento en 2025. De los recursos, un total de US$170 millones se usaran para financiar el desarrollo de parque Arauco, un parque eólico ubicado 90km al norte de la Ciudad de la Rioja, en la que la provincia tiene una participación de 83.4%. La Provincia utilizara los restantes US $30 millones en proyectos que todavía no ha especificado pero que ha identificado como positivos para el medio ambiente. Los bonos tienen una estructura de amortización con un cupón semestral de 9.75%. Esta evaluación verde aplica solamente a los US$170 millones (85%) usados para financiar el parque eólico.
