S&P Global Ratings Updates CLO Criteria Guidance To Provide Additional Clarity on CLO Document Provisions (APAC Session)

On December 08, S&P Global Ratings updated its published CLO Criteria Guidance to provide additional clarity and transparency on how we approach certain features in transaction documents when rating CLOs. The updates don’t affect the quantitative portions of our criteria or subordination levels but include our views on CLO transaction document items such as workout loans that have become more prominent since the onset of the global COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year.

Join senior analysts from S&P Global Ratings’ CLO team for a live interactive webinar on Tuesday, December 15, as they discuss the changes and respond to questions.

  • Sandeep Chana, Director, European CLO team
  • Tim Walsh, Director, U.S. CLO team
  • Jeff Burton, Associate Director, U.S. CLO team

Moderator: Stephen Anderberg, Sector Lead (CLOs)
