The US Department of Agriculture's recent corn planting intention report, as well as higher production forecasts from Argentina and Brazil, are causing markets to adjust to higher expected volumes this year. Sergio Alvarado, US grains reporter, talks to Sophie Byron, managing editor for the Americas, about how the US -- the largest exporter of corn in the world -- is impacting markets in the Americas, as well as how currency concerns, weather and politics could impact exports from Brazil, the world's second largest exporter.
