Targa Resources' Galena Park, Texas, LPG export terminal was experiencingloading delays Monday, sources said.

Sources pointed to a combination of fog and mechanical issues for aseven- to eight-day delay.

Two sources said the 217,000 b/d terminal was having a mechanical issuewith a loading arm that is is expected to be fixed in about a week.

Two of three jetties at the Targa terminal were empty, while the CrystalRiver and Clipper Star were waiting outside of the Houston Ship Channel Mondayafternoon, according to Platts trade flow software cFlow.

Three Targa representatives contacted about the delay did not respond torequests for comment Monday.

Market players did not report similar delays at the Enterprise ProductsPartners terminal nearby and an Enterprise spokesman confirmed it had nodelays at the terminal.

The last ship to have left the Targa terminal appears to be the ClipperSirius, which set sail last week, according to cFlow data.

The Houston Ship Channel was closed to all traffic on Sunday due to fogand reopened Monday morning. Inbound and outbound traffic has been affected byfog on and off for the past week.
