New York — US refiners are bringing back into service facilities that were offline, after putting the finishing touches to their plants ahead of the January 1 deadline for the debut of the International Maritime Organization's revised marine fuel sulfur regulations, with 1.1 million b/d offline at the end of the December, S&P Global Platts Analytics estimates.
