The unit was operating at 66% of capacity earlier Monday morning, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission said in its daily reactor status report.
Clinton was shut at 11:21 am CDT (1621 GMT) Saturday to perform maintenance on a reactor recirculation pump that circulates water through the reactor, Exelon spokesman Brett Nauman said in an email Monday.
The unit returned to service at 9:54 am CDT (1424 GMT) Sunday and is currently "in power ascension," Nauman said. He did not say when Clinton is expected to reach 100% of capacity.
