CityCenter to pay $180M dividend

CityCenter Holdings LLC received board approval for a $180 million dividend, expected to be paid by the end of the second quarter.

The dividend comprises a $116 million special dividend and a $64 million dividend as part of the company's annual dividend policy.

Gaming operator MGM Resorts International and Infinity World Development Corp., which jointly own CityCenter Holdings, will receive their 50% share of the dividend amounting to $90 million each.

CityCenter Holdings operates the CityCenter mixed-use development on the Las Vegas Strip, which includes the 4,004-room ARIA Resort & Casino; the 1,495-room Vdara Hotel and Spa; and the 669-unit Veer Towers condominium residences.
