BB Seguridade fills vacant board seat

BB Seguridade Participações SA said it appointed Sérgio Augusto Kurovski as a director, effective May 25, for a term that runs until 2019.

Kurovski fills a vacant board position left by the resignation of Ângela Beatriz de Assis, the company said.

Kurovski has been an employee of parent company Banco do Brasil SA since 1986 and currently serves as IT director at the group's Brasilcap unit.
