CBRE Global Investors buying $108.5M retail asset in suburban Atlanta

CBRE Global Investors LLC agreed to buy the North Point MarketCenter retail asset adjacent to the North Point Mall in suburban Atlanta from Prudential Real Estate Investors for $108.5 million, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported, citing Fulton County records.

The 95% leased shopping center in Alpharetta, Ga., spans more than half a million square feet, and its anchor tenants include Nordstrom Rack, PetSmart and Dick's Sporting Goods, among others, the report said.
