Banco del Estado de Chile on June 7 opened its first office in the Chilean town of Lago Ranco, under a plan to launch new points of service to strengthen municipal offices.
The new branch is staffed by four employees and will offer consumer loans and mortgages, Banco del Estado's own CuentaRUT accounts, and checking and savings accounts.
With the new office, Banco del Estado has 396 branches in Chile and over 2,383 ATMs. It recently opened two branches in Sierra Gorda and Mejillones.
