Hügli Holding H1 profit climbs YOY

Hügli Holding AG said its normalized net income for the first half came to CHF20.47 per share, an increase from CHF20.23 per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was CHF9.9 million, a gain from CHF9.7 million in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue totaled CHF183.0 million, compared with CHF181.4 million in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses came to CHF166.7 million, compared with CHF165.4 million in the prior-year period.

Reported net income grew from the prior-year period to CHF11.9 million, or CHF24.73 per share, from CHF11.7 million, or CHF24.36 per share.
