Commonwealth Bank of Australia issues £255M of floating-rate notes

Commonwealth Bank of Australia issued £255 million floating-rate notes due January 2021 under its US$70 billion euro medium-term note program.

The notes were issued Jan. 7 and carry an annual interest of 0.28% over the compounded daily sterling overnight index average.
