Payments

Fidelity National Information Services Inc. has extended its relationship with Minor League Baseball through 2022. The extended agreement serves to integrate Fidelity's advanced payment, loyalty and other solutions within the league's "Ballparks of the Future" initiative.

IKEA U.S. launched the IKEA Visa Credit Card, a new loyalty-driven credit card that allows customers to earn rewards on IKEA purchases and everyday spending needs. The credit card launch is part of a partnership with Alliance Data Systems Corp.'s card services business.

Block X Capital Corp. announced a C$150,000 investment in Fusion Agiletech Partners, a Canadian technology services provider specializing in payments, blockchain and transformative technologies, digital transformation, data analytics, and strategy and management consulting.

Duck Donuts has selected ParTech, Inc.'s cloud-based Brink point of sale software and EverServ 8115 terminals for all of its nearly 200 current locations and future stores, as well.

Jack Henry & Associates Inc.'s ProfitStars division announced the availability of ImageCenter Express, a hosted deployment of the company's comprehensive image capture solution. The solution includes teller and branch capture, as well as remote, remittance, ATM capture file processing, and advanced fraud prevention.

GH Capital Inc's online payment service subsidiary, ClickDirectPay, has signed up more than 850 merchants from a diverse range of industries since announcing the launch of a cryptocurrency payment solution for businesses in February.

Home Point Financial, a national, multi-channel mortgage originator and servicer, went live on Black Knight Inc.'s premier loan servicing system, LoanSphere MSP, as well as its suite of default products.

PR Mortgage & Investment Corp. has selected SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc.'s SS&C Precision LM to support loan servicing and origination for HUD/Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and its banking programs.

Fifth Third Bank has partnered with Cardtronics PLC to place the Fifth Third brand on more than 800 Cardtronics ATMs at Speedway convenience stores throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

Insurance and healthcare

Guidewire Software Inc. announced its first two digital applications for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud designed to deliver customer relationship management for the P&C insurance industry. The applications are Guidewire ProducerEngage for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Guidewire ServiceRepEngage for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

In addition, Insurance & Care NSW, the New South Wales government's insurance and care provider, has deployed Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter to reinvent the delivery of workers' insurance and care to injured people in New South Wales.

FRISS, the global provider of fraud and risk solutions for the P&C insurance industry, joined Guidewire PartnerConnect as a solution partner.

Crisp Regional Health Inc. selected Cerner Corp. to implement a new integrated electronic health record and revenue cycle management solutions across its acute, ambulatory and post-acute facilities.

The Department of Veterans Affairs announced an agreement with Cerner Corp. unit Cerner Government Services Inc. for the department to use off-the-shelf Cerner solutions to provide veterans, transitioning service members and their care providers access to their medical history through a single electronic health record system.

xG Health Solutions Inc. and Healthwise, Inc. have partnered to deliver evidence-based assessment and care plan content to the health plan market.

Trading and investing

Cryptanite Blockchain Technologies Corp., a blockchain technology company, announced the availability of its Cryptanite Wallet app on the App Store for Apple products and Google Play.

IA Financial Group announced the expansion of its Prestige preferential pricing program. Launched in 2015, the program provided reduced management fees to clients who achieved the minimum asset threshold of C$300,000. IA Financial Group is a business name and trademark of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc.

TD Bank Group engaged CGI Group Inc. to lead the installation of its new wealth management software platform.

TIAA launched a new mobile app for plan sponsors for both iOS and Android platforms.

Data and information management

S&P Global Inc. announced an alternative data linking project in collaboration with Kensho Technologies, Inc. and CrunchBase Inc. S&P Global Market Intelligence platform users can now access information on privately held companies licensed from Crunchbase by leveraging Kensho's machine learning algorithms. S&P Global Market Intelligence is owned by S&P Global Inc.

Bank am Bellevue has selected Bottomline Technologies (de) Inc.'s Universal Aggregator solution to ease financial messaging connectivity, provide reconciliation and improve compliance.

Artificial Intelligence company AnalytixInsight Inc entered into a distribution agreement with Thomson Reuters Corp., whereby the latter will distribute financial research reports created by AnalytixInsight's artificial intelligence platform to customers on its financial desktop applications Eikon and Thomson One.

Greenbank Capital Inc. established Cannabis Blockchain Inc, a 100% subsidiary of GreenBank, to develop an industry-wide digital information management system for the cannabis industry.

Envestnet Inc. launched its new enterprise data management solution, Envestnet Envision, which combines intelligent data, machine learning and advanced analytics to deliver client-centered insights.
