Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości appoints management board chairman

The supervisory board of Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości SA said Sept. 19 that it appointed Artur Adamczyk chairman of its management board.

The appointment has been approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Adamczyk will replace Zdzisław Kupczyk, who is set to leave the post Oct. 1. Prior to the appointment, Adamczyk was vice chairman of the management board overseeing the lender's finance and risk division.
