American Tower prices $1.35B debt offering

American Tower Corp. priced a $1.35 billion public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2027 and 2049.

The offering comprises $750.0 million of 2.750% notes due 2027, which will be issued at 99.838% of their face value, and $600.0 million of 3.700% notes due 2049, which will be issued at 99.711% of their face value.

The communications-focused real estate investment trust expects to raise net proceeds of approximately $1.33 billion, which it plans to use to repay existing debt.

Barclays, Mizuho Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Santander and TD Securities are the joint book-running managers.
