OCC approves Relyance Bank's purchase of 3 branches from Heartland Bank

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on Feb. 1 approved Relyance Bank NA's acquisition of three Heartland Bank branches.

The Arkansas branches are located at 4937 Highway 5 N. in Bryant, at 610 W. 4th St. in Fordyce and at 108 S. Main St. in Sheridan.

Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Relyance is a unit of Jefferson Bancshares Inc., while Little Rock, Ark.-based Heartland is a unit of Simmons First National Corp.
