Mogo Finance Technology files for C$50M shelf

Mogo Finance Technology Inc., a Canada-based financial technology company, has filed a shelf registration for the sale of up to C$50 million of securities that it may offer from time to time.

The securities include common shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants and units.

The Vancouver, Canada-based company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital requirements or for other general corporate purposes.
