China Everbright Bank to list US$5B medium-term note program

China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. applied with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to list its US$5 billion medium-term note program.

The bank said May 21 that it plans to issue notes under the program to professional investors within 12 months. The listing is expected to take effect on or around May 23.

China Everbright Bank's Hong Kong branch, CEB International and Citigroup are the arrangers and dealers for the medium-term note program.
