Kroll affirms ratings of Renasant, unit

Kroll Bond Rating Agency affirmed Tupelo, Miss.-based Renasant Corp.'s BBB+ senior unsecured, BBB subordinated and K2 short-term debt ratings.

The rating agency also affirmed Renasant unit Renasant Bank's deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of A-, subordinated debt rating of BBB+ and short-term deposit and debt ratings of K2.

The outlook for all long-term ratings is stable.

In affirming the ratings, Kroll noted Renasant's robust earnings metrics, diversified revenue streams relative to similarly situated peers and history of sound performance.
